M.D. Hubbard Spring provides custom stamping solutions designed for accuracy, consistency, and long-term performance. We transform raw materials into durable, high-quality parts using advanced presses and precise custom dies. Our metal stamping services also enable high-volume production of complex geometries with speed and repeatability, all while maintaining tight control over costs.
Stampings:
Our modern stamping department utilizes new servo stamping presses up to 110 tons, running progressive, compound, and draw dies. We use in-die sensors such as cameras and proximity sensors to detect tool wear, misfeeds, and mishits instantly. Operators act on these alerts to maintain quality, minimize scrap, and keep production schedules on track. In-tool sensing reduces rework and downtime through real-time monitoring and proactive quality control.
